PRODUCT IMAGES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display or phone display of any color will be accurate.

CARE OF NOGGINZ

Care instructions are provided with each Nogginz. However, due to the individuality of following those instructions, we will not be responsible for any damage to the product after purchase.

 

MEASUREMENTS / SIZING

For proper fit, measure around your head. The measurements listed are for a relaxed to a comfortable stretch.

All sales are final so be sure to measure correctly.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

We do not accept order cancellations so please be sure to shop carefully.

 

RETURNS / FINAL SALE

  • All sales are considered final and non-returnable.  This policy is to protect our customers and employees in regard to health concerns.
  • We carefully inspect each product a minimum of two times before it ships to ensure quality.

 

BILLING

  • Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is accepted and processed.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards as well as PayPal.
 

SHIPPING

  • We ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
  • Your order will ship within 1-3 business day (not including weekends or U.S. holidays.)
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight and location.
  • Taxes are calculated at checkout and are based on location.
  • We ship standard rate via USPS unless express is selected by you at checkout. Express shipments are shipped UPS.
  • Delivery times may be affected by events outside our control, such as weather or carrier issues. Once a package leaves our office and is scanned by the selected carrier, we no longer have any control over the delivery process. We will not be responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, lost or stolen packages, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions.
  • Tracking: You can track your order via the tracking number provided via email when your order is fulfilled.
  • Wrong shipping address entered: If you have ordered using the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make corrections until your order has been shipped.

 

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

  • You will receive a tracking number for your package. If the carrier indicates that the order was delivered but you are not able to locate your package, please be sure to check with your property - lobby - mailroom staff or neighbors to see if someone accepted it on your behalf or if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong location.
  • We suggest waiting 1-2 business days to see if your package is redelivered by the carrier. If it still cannot be located after 2 business day, please notify the carrier directly to file a claim. You will need to provide your tracking information.
  • After you file a claim, the carrier will be able to assist you.
